In response to an emerging need, Suddes Partners has launched Fundraising on Demand™– an affordable consulting service designed to help small and mid-sized nonprofits meet immediate funding needs, while laying the groundwork for long-term sustainability.  Through Fundraising on Demand™, Suddes Partners offerscomprehensive fundraising services at a reasonable price, helping nonprofits to achieve their desired funding goals.

At the heart of Fundraising on Demand™ is the objective to tangibly improve results in all areas of resource development, including:  prospect identification and cultivation, annual fund, special events, capital fundraising, board giving, major gift solicitation, endowment development and stewardship.  Suddes Partners tailors its services to meet the specific needs of each organization.

Overview of the Service

Fundraising on Demand™ focuses on three essential areas: resource development, leadership development and marketing and communications. Through ongoing counsel, training and support, Suddes Partners helps nonprofits advance critical areas of their organization and strengthen fundraising initiatives in order to maintain current programs and ensure future growth and sustainability.

  1. Resource Development
    Suddes Partners can help an organization to maximize its results in all areas of resource development by incorporating a three-step approach that encompasses the following areas:
    • Conduct a thorough assessment (audit) of all current fundraising initiatives, including: prospect identification and cultivation, annual fund, special events, capital fundraising, board giving, major gift solicitation, endowment development and stewardship. 
    • Recommend clear and comprehensive solutions based on an organization’s defined strengths, weaknesses and “gaps.” These recommendations include realistic timelines and milestones to achieve the desired results. 
    • Oversee and help to implement recommendations and initiatives.  The progress of each initiative will be monitored to ensure specific milestones are being met on a timely basis; and adjustments will be recommended as needed.
  2. Leadership Development
    Strong volunteer leadership is critical to effectively implement resource development programs. Suddes Partners can help volunteers to develop confidence and effectiveness in fundraising, including those serving on a board, development committee, marketing committee or strategic planning committee.)

    Additionally, this involves helping to identify and recruit potential members, training, setting proper expectations, defining clear roles and responsibilities and providing ongoing coaching.
  3. Marketing and Communications
    Vital to any organization, effective marketing and communications are especially important to nonprofits that rely on successful fundraising to sustain their efforts.  Suddes Partners can help to provide a “snapshot” of where an organization currently stands in terms of its communication capacity and outline ways to enhance fundraising efforts, visibility and awareness through a three-step approach, as follows:
    • Conduct a thorough assessment (audit) of existing communications and marketing efforts, which includes identifying areas for improvement and providing clear recommendations for enhancing marketing and communications results. 
    • Work with appropriate volunteers and staff to integrate marketing, communications and public relations efforts that align with the organization’s overall mission, vision and key strategic objectives.
    • Continue to monitor all initiatives to ensure specific milestones are being met on a timely basis and recommend adjustments as needed.
