| Often identified through the Feasibility Assessment, Suddes Partners can help organizations address
obstacles that might hinder the success of a capital campaign. We work with the organization through activities such
as business planning, proforma building and facilities planning, to eliminate these barriers—prior to
launching a full-scale fundraising effort. |

| Campaign Preparation |
| We perform the detailed upfront planning to establish the framework for a successful capital campaign.
We develop a comprehensive funding plan, campaign plan with timelines and checkpoints, leadership collateral materials,
as well as work with the organization to determine the overall campaign infrastructure. |

| Major Gift Solicitation |
| The ultimate measure of success for any campaign will be determined by the professional, knowledgeable
and effective solicitation of leadership prospects. We have the experience and expertise to take an active role in
the solicitation process, accompanying staff and volunteers as appropriate. |

| Upon completion of the leadership solicitation phase, we partner with organizations on the coordination
and implementation of the “grassroots” campaign to broaden the base of support for the project. We develop
timelines and action items, the necessary collateral for reaching various segments of your donor community, and plan
