We’re not big fans of traditional feasibility studies. While most other fundraising firms mitigate
their risk by looking for reasons why you can’t raise the funds needed to accomplish your vision, we
look for ways you can.
| We focus on four key areas or “Cornerstones” of the Feasibility Assessments: |
- Organizational Readiness—Assess the image and reputation of the organization, staff and
volunteer leadership capabilities and organizational stability.
- Project Vision—Assess overall clarity of the organization’s vision, including “case
for support,” solid project plan and post-implementation business plan.
- Funding Strategy—Interview top donor prospects and strategic partners to assess the level
of willingness to financially support the vision.
- Campaign Readiness—Determine the general timing and “climate” for when best
to move forward with a project.
|
Based on the results of the assessment, Suddes Partners provides comprehensive
recommendations to move forward with your vision. In many instances, you may be ready to move forward with your fundraising
plans. If however, we determine the organization is not well-positioned for a successful initiative, we provide objective
recommendations that may need to be accomplished prior to launching a full-scale campaign. These may include areas
such as business planning, donor cultivation, organizational development or strategy articulation.
