We Supplement Resources.
In addition to the services above, Suddes Partners will fill resource gaps and provide the arms and legs necessary to manage organizational development efforts and/or the complex nature of a major capital campaign. As a resources supplement, Suddes Partners guides the process and takes an active role in areas such as leadership solicitation and donor management, tracking and follow-up. At this level of involvement, we develop the strategy as well as make sure the organization has the right leadership in place to execute the plan. |
